Critical Incident Stress Management

Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)

Incidents such as a work accident, aggression at the work place, a company fire, robbery, or the sudden death of a colleague can instigate strong emotions.

The lack of adequate care in crisis situations is a common problem in companies harming individuals and organisations.

When no suitable after-care is provided, unprocessed emotions can severely affect the employee's performance and even lead to long-term absenteeism. Psychosocial damage such as post-traumatic stress syndrome following shocking events can be prevented, when you take the right measures.

When a shocking event occurs, the trauma experts of EAP Alliance intervene quickly to provide the managers and employees with professional support. Managers will also be advised in how to guide their team members through these difficult times.

Let's prevent the disaster following the disaster!
